Email Service Pricing Update

You may have recently received a notice about upcoming pricing adjustments to your email service. We want to confirm that this message is legitimate and was sent directly from Power Shift.

We’ve been able to maintain the same email rates for more than 15 years, but rising costs make a change unavoidable.

Our service costs were unexpectedly raised by more than triple with almost no notice. We have done everything possible to absorb the increase internally, but the change is too significant for us to sustain without adjusting our pricing. Please review our updated pricing list here.

I want to sincerely apologize for the impact this may have on you or your business. We know price changes are never welcome, and we do not take this decision lightly. Our goal is always to provide reliable, high‑quality local service at a fair and stable rate, and we remain committed to delivering the same level of care and support you expect from us.
